Funny Finance Cartoon - Irrational Markets Buy and Sell

Here is a cartoon from 1989 depicting how irrational investors in the stock market can be. No wonder people with influence can write a simple article or spread good or bad word about a company and have such an impact on the demand of a stock. People are so emotionally driven that they make their decisions out of either greed or fear. The fact is, if you hear something about a stock, then so has most other investors; and by that time it is more than likely too late to receive any benefit due to the efficiency of the markets.
